Everything was great with amazingly comfortable and cosy rooms. The amiable and welcoming staff working throughout the hotel. Central heating, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Simply no complaints whatsoever, fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel that has marvellous and perfect location in the middle of the city. Extremely comfy bed in the king room, plus central heating, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities. The bedroom is comfortable, the staff is amiable and welcoming. Location really close to transport links, and Manchester Town center. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Ellesmere Golf Course. Would recomand to everyone.

The location was good and amazing and a bus station was near the hotel. And it was within easy walking distance of Happy Village, ate there couple of times.

our stay at swinton guest house was exceptional. michael, the host, was generous and made us feel welcome. the facilities were great for the price, with a pub and convenience store nearby. the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. we even had the chance to explore nearby towns thanks to the convenient bus stop.

I loved staying at this guesthouse! the owner, Michael, was incredibly welcoming and understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. the house itself was lovely and made us feel right at home. the kitchen and amenities were great, and I appreciated having access to towels and food. It was a friendly atmosphere, and I even got to meet other travelers from around the world.
Felt snug, no complaints whatsoever.

The host, Michael, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. the location was fantastic, with a pub and grocery store just next door and easy access to Manchester Piccadilly via a short bus ride. the guesthouse had a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, allowing us to save money and time. the atmosphere was sociable and engaging, with fellow travelers from all around the world. We wished we had more time to spend in the shared living room getting to know everyone better.
We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

my recent stay in manchester was amazing, but my stay at swinton guest house was even better! the host michael was so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, with a corner shop and bus stop just steps away. i would definitely recommend this guest house to solo travelers like myself.
No wifi in the room.
